Hi, I’m John Russo, founder and owner of JA Russo Land & Tree Services. I was born into the farming and machine shop industry, raised by immigrant parents who taught me early on that hard work and integrity matter. In the 1970s, I started my first lawn care business as a kid, which sparked a lifelong passion for working with land, equipment, and building something of my own.

After graduating high school, I attended law school for a time before choosing to serve in the United States Navy. I left the Navy honorably and restarted my business, determined to grow it through dedication and hands-on work. Along the way, I raised two boys as a single dad–my proudest accomplishment.
